Is TutorClaw free?

The TutorClaw software is free to use during our Alpha phase. You will need your own API keys (such as from Google AI Studio) which often have a free tier for individual use.

Does it require technical knowledge?

No. That is exactly why we built it. If you can use a web browser and follow step-by-step instructions, you can use TutorClaw.

Can it change my calendar?

Absolutely not. TutorClaw’s calendar access is strictly read-only. It can tell you what’s on your schedule, but it cannot create, edit, or delete anything.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes, via our private Telegram integration. You’ll learn how to set up a private chat bot that only you can access from your mobile device.

Is the HelpBot an AI tutor?

The HelpBot is a guide that knows about the TutorClaw textbook. It's there to help you navigate and understand the setup process. As we move out of Alpha, its tutoring capabilities will continue to grow.

What is the difference between the website and the Help Guide?

TutorClaw.Live (this website) is the introduction for people who haven't installed it yet. The Help Guide is the actual application you run on your computer once you've installed TutorClaw.
