Local-First Design

The core of TutorClaw runs on your own computer. Your conversation history and private configuration files are stored locally, not on our servers.

Private Tokens Stay Private

TutorClaw helps you set up your own API keys (like Google Gemini). We teach you how to handle these "keys to the kingdom" so they never leak. We never ask for your keys and we don't store them.

Strict Boundaries

When TutorClaw interacts with your data, it does so with clear guardrails:

  • Read-Only Calendar: Your assistant can see your schedule to help you, but it can never add, change, or delete your events.
  • Authorized Chat: Your private Telegram bot will only respond to your specific User ID. It won't talk to strangers.
  • No Secret Uploads: You are in control of what information is shared with the AI models.
